We welcome Gulnaaz Dashti back to Adelaide for her fourth visit to Kensington and Adelaide.

Gulnaaz is a senior teacher from Pune India where she lives and teaches. She is a devoted practitioner and student of B. K.S Iyengar and the Iyengar family and has lived and learnt close to the family for most of her life. Gulnaaz is a friendly, warm and enthusiastic teacher.

This is a wonderful opportunity to take class with a teacher of this depth and understanding of Iyengar Yoga.

Gulnaaz will teach Friday to Sunday. 2 classes each day.

9.30am - 11.30am

4pm - 5.30pm

Friday and Saturday will be general classes inclusive of all levels. We particularly encourage our regular students from Level 1 and Level 2 classes to participate.

The Friday classes will especially be suitable for regular students of any level who may be older and also working with restrictions.

Friday only $ 150, single class $75

Sunday classes will be a culmination of Gulnaaz's teaching over the three days and will be directed toward those students with more experience and toward teachers.

$ 400 for full 3 days.
